Cassava porridge, zucchini and ground beef Ingredients:

  • 70g ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon (dessert) of soybean oil
  • 1/2 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of grated onion
  • 2 small pieces of cassava
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 2 medium glasses of water

Preparation mode:

In a saucepan, place all the ingredients and water. Let it cook until the ingredients are very soft and almost without water. Knead with a fork and you’re done! Just serve!

Papaya of mandioquinha, beetroot, endive and chickenIngredients:

  • 1 spoon (dessert) of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of grated onion
  • 2 tablespoons of chicken cut into small cubes
  • 1 small cassava
  • ½ small beet
  • 2 tablespoons of endive

Preparation mode:

In a saucepan, sauté the onion and chicken. Add the mandioquinha and the beets. Cover with water. Cover the pan and cook until all the ingredients are very soft and with a little broth. Add the escarole and cook for another 5 minutes. Knead all the ingredients with a fork and it’s ready to serve!

Carrot, potato, ground beef and beans porridge

Ingredients:

  • 70g ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon (dessert) of soybean oil
  • 1/2 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of grated onion
  • 2 small pieces of carrot
  • 1 small potato
  • 1 tablespoon of cooked beans
  • 1 tablespoon of green pepper
  • 2 medium glasses of water

Preparation mode:

In a saucepan, place all the ingredients and water. Let it cook until the ingredients are very soft and almost without water. Place on the plate and add the cooked beans. Knead with a fork and serve.

Chayote and carrot porridge

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of grated onion
  • ½ small chayote
  • ½ small carrot

Preparation mode:

In a saucepan, sauté the onion. Add the chayote and carrot. Cover with water, cover the pan and cook over low heat until all the ingredients are very soft and with a little broth. Knead all ingredients with a fork and serve!
